There was no mention of the facilities on site, the kids clubs, the beach, the theatre, the doctor's surgery/supermarket - we found all this info out ourselves by spotting posters around the camp. For this they charge a booking fee! The description of the accommodation sounded perfect - includes air conditioning - which was a must in Provence in July. Other than cleaning, the only other thing they wanted to know was when we were leaving.. (the rep suggested 6pm as we had a late flight).. Not a great start.

Customer satisfation is not on their agenda and i would strongly recommend to avoid these guys. They didn't ask how our stay was, the lady stood on the balcony with my young daughter and didn't say a word to her for a full 5 mins ('how was your holiday' would be a good start?!) Basically they act as a broker, offering absolutely nothing over and above if you book direct with the campsite. Who are you holidaying with? We did cool off nicely in the pool and lake but Vacansoleil really made me angry with their false information and complete disinterest in customer care (after they had received my payment of course!). I don't see why refunds should take so long, never again with this company. Just home from my camp holiday to Costa Brava and i booked it with vacansoleil and i have mix feelings about them firstly when i got there nobody knew i was coming had to wait for till they found the rep eventually got to my moblie home and i also booked an extra to be close to the pool and that was a waste of money i couldn't have been further away or i would be standing outside the camp gates , so after settling in the next day i was told that i have to move my family as someone else already booked the mobile home i was given that there was hole in the roof so when it was raining for a couple of days everybody was enjoying nights on there deck but me cause it soaking wet on a positive note it was nice and clean and very cosy in side we made the most of our holiday but for the money i paid i expected better probably won't be booking with them again to much hardship.
